Description
Mars Rover Opportunity landed on Mars on January 25, 2004, a few weeks after its colleague Spirit.
It was planned that the two robotic explorers would remain active for three months. but Spirit worked almost seven full years on the planet's surface and Opportunity is still going strong, tirelessly.
In this picture two hundred years have passed. Mars has been terraformed but Opportunity just can not stop. Wind and weather have left their mark, but the rover goes on merrily , ready for the next two hundred years.
